These terms govern your access to and use of Ziti. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Ziti lets you define and run missions — multi-step workflows that read from and write to the tools you connect, on a schedule or on demand, with your approval on actions that change your data. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and only connect tools and data you are authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ziti to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• access data or systems you are not authorized to access, or violate the terms of a tool you connect;
• disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the service; or
• send spam, malware, or other harmful or deceptive content.

Your data and connected tools

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Ziti the permissions needed to run the missions you create. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke a tool’s access at any time, which may stop missions that depend on it.

Intellectual property

Ziti and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or technology except the right to use the service as permitted.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ziti automates work across third-party tools and AI models; outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing actions before approving them and for the results of the missions you run.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Ziti at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
